All confirmed orders are shipped using reliable third-party courier partners. Delivery usually takes 2–7 working days, depending on your location. Orders to distant regions, such as the North or North-East, may take a little longer, based on the courier partner’s delivery schedule.

At KAYA BY D, we strive to dispatch your order within 1 working day of purchase. During high-demand periods, such as promotions, seasons  processing may take slightly longer.

While our courier partners handle the final delivery, we monitor each shipment to ensure timely arrival. In rare occasions, delays may occur beyond our control. For prepaid orders, we will coordinate with the customer to ensure the necessary arrangements are made.

KAYA BY D does not operate on Sundays or on statutory holidays.

How to cancel the order ?

To cancel an order, please contact us by email, phone at 0779979699, or via Facebook. Kindly notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, as the item will be reserved specifically for you. Please note that cancellations must be made before the order has been dispatched from our office.
