KAYA BY D Exchange & Refund Policy

In-Store Purchases
• Exchanges can be made within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt, even if the item was received as a gift.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, in their original condition, with all tags intact, and fully resalable.

  • You can exchange a purchased item only once. Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
    Strictly no refunds on any purchases. Exchanges are valid for size or product swaps only.
  • If the replacement item costs more than your original purchase, the difference must be paid.
  • If the replacement item costs less than your original purchase, the difference will not be refunded or carried forward as store credit.
  • White-colored items, accessories, and sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Items with special collection tags (available for specific seasons) are not available for exchange.

Website & Social Media Orders
• All exchanges must be facilitated at our physical store in Pelawatta. Customers are required to visit the store in person to process exchanges.
• We will arrange a free courier exchange only if an incorrect item has been sent.
• The exchange period is strictly 14 days from the date of delivery, regardless of the customer’s location, unless an extension is requested through our customer care team and officially approved.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, in their original condition, with all tags intact, and fully resalable.

*KAYA BY D reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice or explanation if, under prevailing circumstances, the order requirements cannot be met. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and any payments received will be refunded within a reasonable period. Please note: this applies only to orders cancelled by KAYA BY D; all other sales are strictly non-refundable.
